Many Legacy users using the extremely F-Secure
or Charter High Speed Internet Security programs have reported this
error. You'll need to set permissions for
Legacy under Internet Shield > Firewall and Internet Shield >
Application Control. In Application Control, add Legacy and allow access and
server. If this does not work, please consider uninstalling these
programs and getting a different anti-virus program.
