Windows XP users who log on with an account other than Administrator may see this error.

Either log on as the Administrator, or go to the Control Panel and open User Accounts and give the other account(s) Computer Administrator privileges.

If you installed Legacy to the Program Files directory on a Windows Vista computer, you must uninstall the program and then re-install it to the default C:\Legacy\ location.
