• Error logging on to FamilySearch.org

As of  18 January 2006, this is a new error which is related to a change being made at FamilySearch.org.

The problem has been fixed and is included in the Legacy 7.4 Update: click here.

Errors in logging into FamilySearch.org can mean that you need to visit FamilySearch.org, and then click Sign On to view or update your registration information.  Next use your updated User Name and Password to perform an IGI Search in Legacy.  In the IGI Search screen click the Options button and select Family Search Account Settings on the menu.
