Mapping does not work or Mapping used to work but now it doesn't

The mapping feature only works with Internet Explorer 7.  If you have an earlier version please upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 by visiting Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx .

If Mapping used to work, but now doesn't, please make sure that you did not upgrade to Internet Explorer 8. To uninstall Internet Explorer 8 and re-install Internet Explorer 7, please do the following:

• Visit Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949787 and click the "How to uninstall Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2" link.
• To re-install Internet Explorer 7, please visit Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx .
