David, if New York and Massachusetts are located in “foreign countries”, what part of the world are you from yourself?

David – we used a random entry selector program to randomly pick the winners. Locations were not part of the process. I simply learned their locations from their individual Facebook pages after the drawing was held.

why are all the winners from foreign countries?
