In preparation for the release of Legacy Family Tree 8, I've been using version 8 for my personal research for several months now. The process has uncovered some hidden bugs (as expected), prompted the development of some new features, and led me to writing a new book.
The book shows you how to best use Legacy 8 to do both the genealogical research and the data entry of the results. It is patterned after the unscripted style of the popular Watch Geoff Live webinar series, but this time everything is written down for you – the genealogical thought process, the illustrated step-by-step instructions, and my personal thoughts and commentaries as I performed the research. Instead of "thinking out-loud" as was done in the webinar videos, I'm "writing out-loud" – which gives you the benefit of being able to learn at your own pace and apply the step-by-step instructions to your use of Legacy 8. You'll especially like the use of Legacy 8's new shared events. (Yes – that's an official announcement of a new version 8 feature! Some people call them "witnesses". I'll write about it in a future "Legacy 8 Revealed" article.)
I'm nearly done with the book, and now it needs a good title. I've come up with a few ideas on my own, but knowing that a great title can sell more books (and I'd love to sell lots of them), I'm inviting you to vote on your favorite. And if you've got a better idea, please let me know! Otherwise, which of the following titles would you vote for?
Possible Titles
- Legacy Family Tree 8 – Unscripted!
- Watch Geoff Live – the Book!
- Legacy Family Tree 8 – Unlocked!

Possible Subtitle
I'm pretty happy with the subtitle as it accurately describes what the book is about.

And remember, life is short, do genealogy first!
I did post my own suggestion in the “poll” section. Forgot to add that I think your subtitle is perfect.
