The next section in the Customize Legacy menu is Options > Customize > 11. Launch
11.1 Alternate applications (gbl)
The only time you need to change anything here is if you want Legacy to use something other than what you have set in Windows as your default programs. When you leave these blank, Legacy will automatically use whichever program has been set as the default. For example, Windows uses Notepad as the default text editor but if you want everything to open up in MS Word then you would have to click the Change button, navigate to the Word.exe file, and then Legacy will fill the field in for you with that file path.
