Error 3800 - 'xxxx' is not an index in this table

1. Repair your Legacy program by updating it.



Previous Version of Legacy: Click Here and download the final release (build) of your version.


2. Reset Legacy’s temporary folder by clicking on Options on the menu bar, then selecting Customize and clicking the Locations tab. Next, click the Reset button for the “Location of Temporary File.”


3. Export your records into a new Family File. Click on File on the menu bar and select Export To / Legacy File from the Fie menu. Give the new Family File a name different from any others in use and click Save. When the Export screen opens, click the Start Export button. If prompted, click the Don't Assign a Source button. Open the new Family File and use it. (You can delete the old file when you are satisfied everything is OK.)


4. If these steps fail to correct Error 3800, please restore your Family File from your most recent backup.
