With Legacy closed, go to the USR folder at Documents>Legacy Family Tree>_AppData>USR. Delete the isearch.usr file. Then go to Documents>Legacy Family Tree>_AppData and delete the isearch folder. Then go back into Legacy and try again.
The iSearch.usr file and iSearch folder will be recreated by the program.
