How to change your credit card for your Webinar subscription

How to delete your credit card that is on file, either because it is expired or is no longer good.

  1. At https://familytreewebinars.com, click the “Log in” link in the upper right.

  2. Enter the email address and password, then click “Sign in”.

  3. Click your name. Click Account.

  4. Click “Payment methods”

  5. Click the orange “Delete” button.


To add a new payment method:


  1. At https://familytreewebinars.com, click the “Log in” link in the upper right.

  2. Enter the email address and password, then click “Sign in”.

  3. Click your name. Click Account.

  4. Click “Add payment method” and fill in the new card details.

  5. Click the “Make default” button.

  6. Click “Subscriptions”

  7. Click “View”,

  8. Click “Change Payment”, select the desired payment method

  9. Click “Change payment method”.
