It seems that for some people, the program TeamViewer is interfering with Legacy populating the Master Lists. If you're experiencing this problem and have TeamViewer running, please close TeamViewer.

Other programs may also interfere in this way. If you don't have TeamViewer and are experiencing this problem, try a little troubleshooting by closing each program you have open and see if the Master Lists work. When you discover the problem program, please let us know.
