Legacy Family Tree 10 is the newest version of our program. By default it installs to C:\Program Files\Legacy (32-bit pc's) or C:\Program Files (x86)\Legacy (64-bit pc's). It does not overwrite the directory for Legacy Family Tree 7.5 or earlier, which by default install to C:\Legacy. That means you can have both programs running on your computer simultaneously. Version 7.5.0.286 (Build Date 25 August 2014) was our final and latest version of Legacy 7.5. However, if you open the Programs and Features (Add/Remove Programs) tool in the Control Panel you will only see Legacy 10.
The Legacy Family Tree 10 desktop icon is a blue circle with a white L. The Legacy Family Tree 7.5 or earlier desktop icon is a red and blue shield with a sword.
