Unfortunately when you add, merge or delete people (or renumber RINs) in Legacy and then re-do your web pages, a huge number of links are quietly likely to change. It's like a domino effect. The only practical way to handle this is to entirely delete the current web pages, then regenerate the web pages in Legacy and upload the new set.
Attempting to replace even one or two pages will inevitably lead to link problems within in the site.
