Status of your pre-ordered printed books

I just received notification that the first batch of Digital Imaging Essentials printed books left the printer yesterday to arrive early next week. Due to the number of pre-orders, most of you will receive your copy shortly after we receive them. Some of you will receive your copy about three weeks later as we await the arrival of the backordered second printing. We just did not anticipate the enormous volume of orders we received.

Because of this, we will continue to offer the PDF (electronic) edition of the book for FREE with your pre-order of the printed book.
