About the presenters

Urigonen-144x144Uri Gonen has been working in MyHeritage since 2005, where he took on different challenges and roles in product development and product management. He has been part of the wild journey of MyHeritage from a small start up to a dominant company in the genealogy space. Among his involvement in key projects of the company, Uri was the original developer behind Family Tree Builder, and the product manager of SuperSearch – MyHeritage's genealogy search engine. Recently, Uri was the man behind PedigreeMap, the company's innovative application for organizing your family history geographically. Before joining MyHeritage, Uri has been working in other software start ups in Israel, the United States and Canada. He now lives and works in Toronto Canada.

Danielhorowitz-144x144MyHeritage Chief Genealogist, Daniel Horowitz provides key contributions in the product development, customer support and public affairs areas. He holds board level positions at the Israel Genealogy Research Association (IGRA) and the International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies (IAJGS) among others. Daniel was the teacher and study guide editor for 15 years, of the family history project "Searching for My Roots" in Venezuela.

  3. You will receive a reminder email both 1 day and 1 hour prior to the live webinar.
