    Geoff
Thank you for this webinar. I learned a deeper knowledge of providing documentation of supporting evidence for each fact from this webinar. There is one trick that I add to the media part of the documentation. I hi-light in yellow the pertinent part of the jpeg on the original document using the free IrFanView software application.
I save the original document the same way you do, but before I attach it to my Legacy file, I open it in IrFanView draw a box around the information that is relevant, shift-G for color correction and move the B color balance slider all the way to the right which hi-lights the color to yellow and resave the document in the same place.
Now when I open any document you can see immediately where the relevant person or data is on the page.
    Best Regards
    Lee Robertshaw
