My My Toolbar has already been customized so it will look different than yours. To edit the toolbar, click the small down arrow thingie (technical term) at the bottom right.

You can drag icons to the My Toolbar at the top. To get rid of icons, drag them off the toolbar at the top and pull them to a blank spot on the screen. You can also rearrange the icons on the toolbar by dragging them into place.

I couldn't show you all of the available shortcuts but if you scroll down you will see that you have four custom icons.

Right click any one of these icons and you will be able to link it to an internal file on your computer, to a program on your computer, or to a web page on the internet. You can also change the icon itself. For example, if I linked to MS Excel I could change the icon to the Excel icon. Legacy has some common icons already there for you to pick from or you can add your own. Please consult the Help File from this dialog box for more detailed instructions.
