They will be available at 12am GMT Saturday (which is Friday evening EST) and will all be available at the same time, so just view at your convenience throughout the day. The syllabus will also be available then.

Will they be starting at a special time and run one after another or do we just view at our convenience on that day?
If it starts at a special time, what time will it start EST?
So how do we access the syllabus? On the day of the programs?
