The drive that your Legacy file is on is full. You can either:
1. Free up space on the drive by removing unneeded programs and files.
2. Move your family file to a drive with sufficient space.
Insufficient disk space can also cause several other errors, like 3191, 3265 and 3276. When the drive space problem is fixed, these errors may also go away.
