If you cannot get into Legacy because of "Runtime error '3159': Not a valid bookmark" and Legacy is locked up (frozen):

Open the Task Manager by right-clicking an empty area on the task bar and then clicking Task Manager, or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc on your keyboard. Highlight Legacy and click on End Task.

Open Documents, then browse into the Legacy Family Tree\Data folder. Right-click the family file then click Rename. Add a "z" to the front of the family file name, and then press Enter.

If you do not have a backup file, email <a href="mailto:Support@LegacyFamilyTree.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Support@LegacyFamilyTree.com</a>.
