Error 3314 - The field 'tblBR.IDBPPic' cannot contain a Null value

Error 3314: "The field 'tblBR.IDBPPic' cannot contain a Null value because the Required property for this field is set to True. Enter a value in this field."

Delete the Source Clipboard contents - open the Source Clipboard and click on "Clear"

If that doesn't resolve the problem, close Legacy and.go to the Documents\Legacy Family Tree\Data folder (or wherever your files are stored) and delete the .SC file

Then try the Source Clipboard again.
