With Legacy closed, into the Legacy\Timelines folder on your hard drive.
LEGACY: Open your Documents folder and browse into the Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Timelines sub-folder/
LEGACY 7.5 OR EARLIER: C:\Legacy7\TimelinesNext, delete the folder for the timelines in the language that's causing the problem and then reinstall Legacy.
Run the Legacy update:
