Legacy Charting - Exception Processing Error - Windows no disk

Updated over 3 months ago

What Internet security software do you have install on your computer? This problem seems to be caused either by malware (virus or spyware etc), or some other software installation or removal (particularly HP, Norton or QuickTime software) trying to check for removable media that isn't there (e.g. disc in DVD drive or card in card reader), when it shouldn't be doing that check.

You can find more information on solving this problem at http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html or you can google the error "Windows-no disk" and come up with a lot of articles about the error message.
